Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

• Items purchased online or in-store can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Some items (e.g., consumables, custom orders, or digital products) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

• Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the same item if available.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
